In short, it is only necessary for children to be able to turn, so this shape is enough.

After that, insert this knob and turn it.

I didn't feel any loose at all.

Modern aluminum sashes (of which we are made of resin) do not rattle even in strong winds, so if you don't rattle, you mean almost no loosening.
